How It Works
Every situation is different. First, we’ll have a free discussion about your issue. Then, depending on the issue, we can work together over the phone, through Zoom or Google Meet, or using simple Remote Desktop software, which allows me to see and control your screen remotely. If you're in the area, an in-person visit may also be possible.
Pricing
The first conversation is free. We'll talk through what's going on, and I'll let you know what kind of help I can offer and give you an estimate of what it will cost. Support sessions are typically billed at $50 per hour, in increments, so you only pay for the time you need.
