fr3quency.live
Fr3quency.live is a community-driven web platform I built to make free music festival live streams easy to discover, follow, and enjoy. It was created to solve a common frustration among festival fans: learning about streams only after they have already happened. The site brings upcoming livestreamed festivals into a single, continuously updated calendar where visitors can browse events through a clean, card-based overview, explore detailed festival pages with stream links and dates, and add individual events or the full calendar directly to their personal schedules using downloadable calendar files. By removing friction from discovery, Fr3quency.live makes it possible to experience major music festivals from anywhere, without crowds, travel costs, or overpriced drinks.
The project also served as a focused exploration of AI-assisted creation through a design-first lens. I used Lovable.dev as the primary build tool, working through hundreds of iterative AI-guided prompts and edits to evolve the site from an initial concept into a fully functional product. Alongside the build, I used ChatGPT and Midjourney to help craft the site name, logo, background imagery, and overall visual identity, applying my graphic design experience to shape a cohesive brand system.
After being shared organically in festival livestream discussions on Reddit, the site received enthusiastic feedback from users who expressed gratitude for the project and supported it through small donations. Maintaining the calendar requires ongoing manual research, as festivals rarely promote their free streams directly, making Fr3quency.live a labor of love rooted in both community service and personal passion.

Fr3quecy.live was built through an iterative, design-led workflow that combined AI-assisted tools with hands-on creative direction. I used Lovable.dev to rapidly prototype and refine the application through hundreds of small, incremental changes, allowing the product to evolve organically as features, layout, and interactions were tested and improved.
ChatGPT and Midjourney supported both problem-solving and visual exploration, helping shape content structure, background imagery, and brand elements, while my graphic design experience guided final decisions around layout, hierarchy, and visual consistency. Throughout the process, I focused on clarity, usability, and cohesion, treating AI as a collaborative tool rather than a replacement for design judgment.
