It’s important to understand how to manage what information these companies and third-party apps have about you. Manage Your Google Account Information

Your Google Activity - Here you can see your past search results, visited pages, watched YouTube videos, and more. Google uses this data to improve their services, for instance recommending similar YouTube videos to ones that you watched. You are free to delete this data at any time. You can delete your location history by clicking the Trash Can icon in the bottom right corner of the map.Google Services Dashboard - From this dashboard, you can see all information on your account across all of the Google services.

Review Your Facebook Permissions

Facebook Privacy Settings - Who can see your posts? Who can look you up using your email address? This information can be managed from the Facebook Privacy Settings page.Facebook App Settings - On this page, you can manage the apps that have permission to your account and what information they are able to access. Take a moment to remove unwanted apps, and click the pencil icon next to each app to manage the information each app has access to for your account.
